Ok, This Never Happens.. Well it did! I took a car into CK for a Cam Shaft censor. Paul the owner Said let me check something. He cleaned the wires and its fixed "NO CHARGE" That my friends speaks volumes.

Paul is great!!! I came in a few times, with no appointment, and he helped me on the spot. And no charge. Granted, it was a quick peek at my MB, but he could have charged me something. Next time work is needed on my car, I'll be sure to go back to Paul and CK Auto.

Paul has always been honest with his assesments. He is fair with his prices and fair with his service. He appears to love his job. I have always been impressed with his work.

My favorite mechanic, been going to him for close to 7 years now. Paul is honest, friendly, and reliable. He even did some easy fixes for me for free! I trust him to not overcharge and to tell me exactly what needs to be done to my car. It's easy to get in touch with him and he's a great communicator. He returns calls promptly, calls if there are delays or additional issues, and gets my car back to me on time. Reasons why Paul is awesome: The first time I had major trouble with my car, he gave me a free quote and took the time to answer all the questions I had regarding every item on the quote. The quote was still costly, so on a whim, I took my car to another Mercedes mechanic to see what they had to say. They charged $80 just to do the quote and charged 50% more for each of the line item repairs! They also added on a bunch of other items that weren't in Paul's quote. I called Paul back to discuss the "extra" items and he said that while I could do the "extra" repairs, they weren't really necessary at the time. It's been 5 years since that quote and I still haven't had to do the "extra" repairs! I also had issues getting my car smogged since my 1996 C280 required some special handing (1996 was the first year of OBD-II and my car was not fully compliant with the OBD-II specifications). This meant the smog technician needed to perform extra steps to get it to pass and the technician had no idea what to do and kept failing my car. Paul called the smog place for me and straightened everything out; my car passed smog with no problems. The smog place was annoying, but Paul fixed the situation and this wasn't something that he even had to do.

Paul is an honest Man! I' have been going to him for over 5yrs to check up on my 95 Benz. It's an older car but can't compalin. My mom gave it to me when she upgrated to her E350 Benz which she also takes to him! If you need a rental car he will even let you have one while he works on your car so you don't have to rely on someone to pick you up. Go check him out! He's the best in town! Also check out his benz in his shops drive way! AMAzING!

I am approaching age 70 and have owned at least 10 Mercedes since 1970. Paul Duckworth is far and away the best mechanic I have worked with--honest, efficient. and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend him.

My MBZ is now 10 yrs old and I have been taking my E320 to Paul ever since the warranty ran out with the dealer. I must say, I truly believe the car has never performed better since using CK. Paul is very professional, very honest, never tries to push repair work which is especially significant when one's car gets older. Paul Duckworth, owner of CK Auto Exclusive, has been taking care of my Mercedes CK 350 since I bought it in 2011. Over the past 3 years, I have had the most wonderful experience working with Paul. He treats you like family, and is truly an expert when it comes to Mercedes. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and his no nonsense approach is refreshing. He is honest, and takes time to explain what is going on with my car when I don't understand, never impatient and always so knowledgeable! When I was unsure if my mechanical issue was covered by my warranty, he led me in the right direction and the entire repair was covered! I also recently got into a bad situation with an alignment company. I took my car to someone to do the alignment, not knowing that Paul did them also, and they took my money and said that they could not align my car because of the Mercedes default settings, and it simply was untrue! Paul talked to the company on my behalf and helped to work everything out for me just because he truly cares for his customers. I would recommend Paul to anyone, without ever giving it a second thought. At this point, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my car, ever, and I will likely buy a Mercedes again because I would know it was in good hands and I would never have to worry about the mechanical aspect! Paul at CK auto is one of a kind. He has been taking care of my 1998 ML320 for the last 8 years. Paul is fair and honest and never does unnecessary work and his prices are so fair. It is rare that you find a specialized mechanic you trust. He has kept my older car in wonderful running condition and he is the main reason I continue to drive my car with peace of mind.
