This place was fantastic! I had a problem with a complicated suspension system, which became inoperable nearby. I had received an estimate for the same repairs from the Mercedes Benz dealer in Santa Monica (before going on my trip) which was almost three times my final bill with CK. Despite being busy, they were willing to inspect my car and got the repair done extremely quickly - before other shops even had time to look at it. As I dropped my vehicle off, I passed another veteran customer who whispered to me, "These guys are terrific!"...and I knew that I had found the right place :-) Friendly, fair, efficient!

I could not be more impressed with this place. I was in town for a conference when my Merc began making a horrid noise. I took it to CK first thing the next morning. It was not yet business hours, but Paul stopped what he was doing, listened to my car problem, immediately knew what was wrong with it and said it was a 10 min fix. He temporarily moved other cars around, pulled mine in, answered all my questions, finished the job in 10 min as promised, then refused to charge me. I have never encountered such great customer service, such generosity, such genuine care for the customer's best. Paul is amazingly knowledgeable and if I lived in Santa Rosa, without a doubt, he would be my permanent mechanic. I would recommend this place without reservation. Five stars, without a doubt. You will not regret taking your car here!

Would not take my Benz to anyone else. A long history of service, a specialist who can be trusted and just gets the job done without overcharging or soliciting unneeded repairs.

I've been taking my car to Paul for years and years and I really don't know why I never rated his business. He certainly deserves more than 5 stars. Very honest and affordable place to go.
