CK Auto (Paul Duckworth) has been servicing and repairing my GL450, SL500 and now my E550 Cabriolet for three or four years now. Always does excellent and reasonably priced work. Doesn't do work that is not needed and keeps all my cars in top notch shape. Much more accessible than the dealer I used before. I would recommend Paul to anyone needing service or repair for their Mercedes.

Hello all I wanted to share all to familiar story of getting your vehicle serviced by factory dealer service centers. MZB I went to my local Santa Rosa Mercedes-Benz dealer for some service, they were very kind and Professional but they were very busy and backed up and it was going to take more than a week for me to get service and I was only in town for a few days visiting family, I decided since it was going to take a long time to use yelp to find a service center to get my car repaired before I drove back to Southern California, I happen to call CK service center 4-3/4 stars and the owner was extremely helpful and professional, he calmed all my fears that he would be able to service my car to the factory specs, being a approved Mercedes service center, I was happy with the way I was treated, I decided to do business with CK, the staff was incredibly nice professional , they offered to pick me up and take me to my location while they service my car and fit me in to their already busy schedule, knowing that I had to leave town, it's nice to see that kind of courtesy and to sweeten the pot the cost was just a hair over 60% of the Mercedes factory service center pricing, I must say, I strongly suggest shopping around when it comes to servicing your vehicle , but my recommendation is a five star recommendation for CK and all of his staff. Excellent job guys , very very happy and would strongly recommend CK service center for (any) of your Mercedes needs. Larry Daniel

I couldn't be more happy with my service here. I brought in a 2006 Sprinter van for a tune-up and some other random adjustment/repairs. Paul Duckworth was friendly and helpful. I don't know anything about cars and he did a great job of explaining everything. I will definitely return and solidly recommend.

Aquired an older Mercedes that needed some lobe and was recommended to bring it in to Paul. Called in and had a appointment scheduled in a few days. My fiancé dropped the car off and was given a loaner for the day and Paul busted everything we needed in a day! He did a wide range of work on the vehicle from transmission leaks, oil change, and some electrical work. He was honest and very easy to communicate with, and best of all he was VERY affordable. I without a doubt will be taking our Mercedes back to him. Thanks Paul!

Fabulous service! Paul really goes above and beyond to make sure your car is cared for! I went in thinking I needed a costly repair to my Mercedes CL500 when in fact it was just an easy fix! Would recommend to anyone with a Mercedes Benz!!

Paul, the owner is a great type of person. I appreciate and respect how he values me. He doesn't lie or fabricate anything about your car issues. He has worked on my prior Mercedes and now bring him my newer Mercedes. Very knowledgeable about what he does and I trust him completely with my car. My Knights in Shining Armor! CK AutoEXCLUSIVE is the BEST! Competent, Honest and Caring are the words that come to mind when working with Paul. As the new owner of a used Mercedes Sprinter Van, I was a bit nervous about purchasing it and when I found Paul, I hired him to do a complete 100 % assessment of the vehicle.
