DEDICATION TO EXCELLENCE Having owned a Mercedes for the last 35 years I have experienced a wide variety of mechanics and have owned a variety of models. I've been working with Paul for about 11 years. The very best place to keep your Mercedes running as it should. Paul knows, and continues to learn, the intricacies of these fine automobiles, whether they are older or newer. He keeps my older models running great and makes sure they are road safe. I also appreciate Paul;'s willingness to educate me about what is going on. He also listens to me when I am trying to describe whatever ailment I think the car might have. He's been incredibly kind. Old school hands-on quality and integrity, diligence and professionalism. With Paul's guidance I have added a newer model to the mini fleet and feel confident owning these fine machines because I have Paul on my team.

Paul and his team are always ready and willing to help with any problems that may come up for me. I’m a local teacher who is on a tight budget and I don’t always take the best care of my car (under statement). Despite the fact that Paul works on $60-70,000 well maintained Benzes on a regular basis he is always 100% accommodating when I roll up with my funky (and old) E320. Paul and his team always do more than what I asked them to do (check my fluids, re-attach small cosmetic gadgets, fix my back seat etc.) Recently, my starter just went out and I had to have my car towed to CK Automotive at 6 pm on a Friday during active fire evacuations. Paul stayed open so AAA was able to drop my car off at his shop. I would not have been able to tow my car to his shop had he not been there to sign off for it. He cut me a deal on the cost of the repairs and had me back on the road at 11am on Monday morning! I have been coming to CK Automotive for years because of the first-class treatment I get! No regrets! These guys are genuinely good guys!
