They have done work on 4 of my families Mercedes for last 16 years and have always done very good jobs at diagnosing problems, then recommending the correct solution to any problem with all of our cars at a reasonable rate. I would give them a Five Star rating for all work and service done on our Mercedes over the years. Additionally, when calling them for a suspected problem Paul has always been very informative and helpful always explaining what problems there may be and then making an appointment in a timely manner.
