I contacted Paul earlier in the week to order a new battery for my ‘05 E55. When I brought the car in John quickly diagnosed my battery and informed me that I also needed the auxiliary battery. He called their supplier and had one delivered in minutes. He swapped them both out very efficiently. John was very courteous and professional. The experience was stress free. I always felt like my car was in good hands and well cared for.

I have been getting my car serviced/repaired at CK for more than 6 years. I have always been pleased with the quality of service, as well as the interactions with the owner and all of the mechanics. I cannot recommend them too highly.

I truly love and trust your business. You are always so accommodating to have a loaner car for me. I was a little surprised on the cost of this service. However trust and great customer service has a cost to it. I’m sure if I had gone to a dealer it would have been much more. Thanks again Paul.
