I contacted Paul earlier in the week to order a new battery for my ‘05 E55. When I brought the car in John quickly diagnosed my battery and informed me that I also needed the auxiliary battery. He called their supplier and had one delivered in minutes. He swapped them both out very efficiently. John was very courteous and professional. The experience was stress free. I always felt like my car was in good hands and well cared for.
